Organic Wool Fitted Mattress Pad 

We quilt these wool mattress toppers using 1.8 ounces of certified organic wool, per square foot, sewn between two layers of certified organic cotton fabric. They are designed for use under your sheets. The quilting will reduce heat by 35%. Since most foam mattresses sleep warm, this wool mattress topper makes a big difference. It won't lessen the feel or support of our foam mattresses (memory foam included).

The quilted pad adds a layer of protection: it will give you time to quickly strip your bedding and sheets if something spills on your bed, so the spill won't soak directly into your new mattress. The pad also helps prevent body hair from entering the mattress. 

These mattress pads can be used on any mattress you select and therefore may not be returned.

Spot clean any stains using a sponge with mild soap. Dry in direct sunlight. Direct sunlight freshens wool toppers and kills any bacteria or bed bugs that might be hiding in the pad. You should air out your wool toppers at least once a month, but once a week is best.

Do not machine wash/dry, as it will likely result in shrinkage and the wool toppers bunching up. These pads will fit a mattress up to 14" thick.

As with most of our products, these toppers will be 'made to order' after you make your purchase. Sewing usually takes about a week and UPS Ground delivery takes another 5-7 days, so total time from purchase to delivery is approximately 2 weeks.
